The project is about Mercedes-Benz mobile app for customers which will help them to book online appointments, get information about latest technology, features update and much more. OAB (Online Appointment Booking) is the key feature of this app where all Mercedes-Benz customers can book the service appointment through this app where they can see all updates about their vehicle service status, practical timelines & many more. The booking can be accepted from anywhere the customers located and they will get pickup and drop facility with same class alternative vehicle.

Understand the requirements of Mercedes-Benz and other key stockholders by having one-on-one discussions.
Work closely with stockholders, project managers and writers to ideate approach and make the product better from a content perspective.
Research on design treatment and decide suitable strategy as Visualizer | Director.
Discuss the strategy with stockholders with moodboards, references or any other resources.
Based on strategy, create a detailed visual storyboard with design treatment, transitions, and color pallet and explain the storytelling to stallholders so that everyone will be on the same path.
Get feedback from stockholders after discussion and update the visual storyboards before starting the production.
Review illustrations, animations, post-production and give feedback to respective teams to enhance the product.
Active participation in the entire design process from content to final product.
Review design at each level with stockholders to make the content more interactive.
Conceptualization and Visual Storyboard to implement design treatment. These are the selected frames from the storyboard which has been used while discussing with stockholders. The detailed storyboard with visual treatment notes was written to give an idea about how the visuals are going to behave in the video.
The video is mixed of stop motion animation, illustrations and special effects. It was appreciated by Mercedes-Benz stockholders for the design treatment.
